Make it Happen at Hopkins | Join our Burn Unit as Burn Program Manager Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center stands as a distinguished institution, encompassing a 420-bed teaching hospital, a dedicated trauma center, a neonatal intensive care unit, and a renowned geriatrics center. It proudly hosts the Johns Hopkins Burn Center, which holds the distinction of being the sole adult burn trauma facility in Maryland. The Burn Program Manager, in collaboration with the Burn Medical Director, is resonsible for the full-time management and oversight of the Burn Program. this role provides leadership in patient care, provider and community educaiton, injury prevention, program development, and regulatory compliance. The manager also oversees the Maryland Burn Registry, Burn Quality Management Program, and ensures alignment with state and national standards. Responsibilities:

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
