Senior Finance Analyst

Middleton, WI | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving profitable growth, ensuring data integrity, and connecting insights to strategy across our Sales, Product, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

This is a highly visible role where your analytical expertise and business acumen will help guide decision-making and shape the future of our iconic brands.

What You'll Do

Commercial Finance & Customer Programs

  • Partner with Sales and Channel teams to evaluate and develop customer programs that enhance both revenue and profitability.

  • Build and analyze customer-level P&Ls, manage trade accruals, and ensure pricing accuracy and margin integrity.

  • Drive alignment between product cost, pricing strategy, and customer performance.

Planning, Reporting & Analysis

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning through actionable insights.

  • Deliver monthly performance reports and executive summaries that tell the story behind the numbers.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations that improve decision quality.

  • Advance data visualization and reporting efficiency through tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SAP.

Pricing Strategy & Product Support

  • Lead pricing analysis and recommendations across Fiskars Americas and Gerber global portfolios.

  • Partner with Product Management and Marketing to evaluate portfolio profitability, scenario modeling, and margin improvement initiatives.

  • Support pricing process improvements and SAP transformation projects to strengthen reporting accuracy and decision-making.

Supply Chain Finance & Operational Efficiency

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to identify cost optimization opportunities.

  • Support product costing, value engineering, and network optimization projects.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across distribution, warehousing, and supply operations.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, or controlling.

  • Strong understanding of pricing, costing, and margin analysis.

  • Proficiency with financial systems and tools such as SAP / SAP-BW, HFM, Tableau, and advanced Excel.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills-able to connect data with strategy and influence outcomes.

  • Curious, analytical, and motivated by the challenge of turning insights into meaningful business results.
