At Cytek Biosciences, we're pushing the boundaries of cell analysis and flow cytometry through innovative reagents, kits, and application tools. Our mission is to empower researchers in academia, biotech, pharma, and CROs to make new scientific discoveries faster, more reliably, and with deeper insight. As part of our growth journey, we're expanding our inside sales team and seeking a passionate, customeroriented sales professional to help extend our reach and impact.
Why This Role Matters
As an Inside Sales Representative for Flow & Cell Analysis Reagents, you'll be directly responsible for growing revenue and building relationships that support scientists' critical work. You'll be the voice of Cytek to customers, guiding them in reagent selection, panel design, and assay optimization, while working with crossfunctional partners to deliver solutions and service excellence. In short - you'll be a scientific problem solver and trusted advisor within a fastgrowing, missiondriven environment.

Sales & Revenue Growth
Consistently hit and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for your assigned reagent territory. Drive lead generation through outbound calls, virtual demos, email outreach, and targeted campaigns. Qualify opportunities, nurture prospects through each stage, and close deals using consultative selling techniques. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure reliable future growth.
Customer Engagement & Consultation
Develop strong relationships with scientists, lab managers, purchasing teams, and other stakeholders. Deeply understand customer needs (multicolor panels, immunology assays, reagent workflows) and recommend optimal solutions. Serve as a product expert - addressing technical questions, guiding reagent workflows, and educating customers on best practices. Coordinate with Field Application Scientists and Field Sales to execute a cohesive account strategy.
Account & Territory Management
Maintain detailed records of customer contacts, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce). Monitor reagent consumption, trends, gaps, and expansion opportunities in existing accounts. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, promotional leads, and quote requests. Analyze and interpret sales metrics to identify whitespace or crosssell potential.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Partner with marketing to launch campaigns, promotions, webinars, and reagent messaging. Work with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Bring field feedback to product, R&D, and commercial functions-spotting trends, gaps, and customer pain points that can guide future development.
