Exciting Opportunity: Postdoctoral Fellow-HOPP A postdoctoral position is available at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) for an outstanding candidate interested in cancer biology in myeloid malignancies. Our research aims to improve our understanding of the genetic and epigenetic basis of myeloid malignancies, and to use this knowledge to guide therapies for patients with these disorders. Our work encompasses a wide range of in vitro and in vivo experimental techniques and model systems including cell cultures, signaling assays, proximity ligation assays, reversible gene induction and knockouts, protein biochemistry, flow cytometry, mouse xenograft and genetic models, and interrogation of clinical samples. MSKCC is a highly collaborative environment, and our laboratory is involved in collaborations with multiple other research programs within the scientific community including programs in single cell cores, computational biology, cell biology, chemistry and chemical biology, and epigenetics.
