As a Support Technician in the IP Routing group, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our high-speed digital communications products. The ability to analyze and diagnose complex problems using various diagnostic tools and techniques is required. This position seeks self-starters who can manage technical support cases from initial contact through to resolution. You will collaborate with a motivated team of engineering professionals and take personal responsibility for ensuring product functionality. This role requires working knowledge of technical support processes and diagnostics in a lab or customer-facing environment.


  • Technical degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
  • Practical understanding of diagnostic and troubleshooting tools and techniques.
  • Experience with relevant system architectures, software applications, or hardware components would be an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
