Puget Sound Educational Service District seeks a Program Coordinator to support and coordinate various elements of Program Operations for our Early Learning Program. This position will work closely with the Executive Assistant, Grants Compliance Manager, Fiscal Team, Operations Systems Manager, and Director of Program Operations. This position will support and coordinate a variety of fiscal processes, as well as other operation/program related tasks such as inventory, contracts, communications, parent leadership etc. Purpose Statement The job of Coordinator, Program is done for the purpose/s of coordinating program activities and action plans; monitoring program standards; providing technical assistance, resources, and ongoing support. This job reports to Assigned Administrator Position open until filled, please submit application before best consideration date of 10/5/2025.
