We are seeking a Digital Design Manager to lead the creation of digital campaigns and assets across the customer journey. Great design is central to how we tell our story, and in this role you'll shape impactful experiences across web, mobile, social, and marketing channels. Working in close collaboration with the Creative Director, you'll guide digital design execution, uphold brand consistency, and design scalable processes that elevate our campaigns and customer storytelling. This role collaborates directly with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure design consistently drives engagement and business outcomes. As a manager, you'll balance hands-on design and building design systems that enable the team to deliver high-quality creative work at speed. If you're a design leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and is motivated by influencing both creative direction and business impact, this role is for you. USD 87,200.00 - 130,800.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
