What to Expect
Tesla's mission is to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. Our Industrial Energy division plays a critical role in achieving this by delivering innovative energy storage and software solutions to commercial, industrial, and utility-scale customers worldwide. Our software offerings optimize energy storage performance, enable grid services, and empower customers to reduce costs and emissions-helping reshape the future of energy. We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager with deep knowledge of energy software and strong background in software marketing, including market bidding platforms, energy management systems (EMS), and grid-interactive controls for large-scale batteries and hybrid power plants. This role will focus on driving content for Tesla's energy management software platform used with Powerpack, Megapack, and integrated microgrid solutions. As a key team member, you will shape how Tesla's industrial software suite is perceived in the market-developing compelling messaging, content, and go-to-market strategies that speak directly to utility, commercial, and industrial energy stakeholders. You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Global Marketing to position Tesla's software as a market-leading solution for asset optimization and grid services across the project and customer lifecycle. A strong grasp of the evolving energy market landscape, particularly as it relates to renewables, distributed energy resources, and system flexibility, is essential. What You'll Do
