Responsibilities As an AI Business Solution - Sr Product Marketing Manager for SME&C ( Small and Medium Enterprises and Channel) Growth, you will lead the strategy and execution of promotions and targeted offers for Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Dynamics 365 to drive growth in the SME&C segment. This includes designing and launching offers tailored to specific customer cohorts, collaborating closely with product, field, and partner teams, and driving enablement and landing campaigns. The role is strategically positioned to accelerate customer acquisition and upsell opportunities through a deep understanding of licensing status and adoption stages. With ambitious growth targets in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) space, finding the right candidate is critical to our success. If you are highly analytical, customer-obsessed, passionate about partner engagement, and energized by the challenge of driving business transformation through innovative go-to-market approaches, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities* Developing and executing CSP promo and offer strategy for targeted customer cohorts supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Dynamics 365.* Managing customer targeting guidance, partner eligibility, onboarding, landing and performance tracking.* Developing the ABS targeted offer partner enablement strategy* Creating content for partner briefings and enablement events* Serving as a liaison between field, partner marketing, and product team
