The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Summary: The Communications Manager of Mobile Health will ensure the delivery of a world-class, inclusive of all service levels, dispatch center that is quality driven and aligned with RWJBH's strategic and operational plan. This position will lead and implement all 911 assignments as well as emergency and routine transports for the system. The Communications Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic vision to improve the performance and stability of RWJBH's Communications Center. The Communications Manager will report directly to the Assistant Vice President of Mobile Health and will foster a collaborative environment within the management team in developing and accessing RWJBH's long-term Mobile Health Strategy. The Communications Manager will provide outstanding and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all aspects of Mobile Health, developing broad based relationships with RWJBH, the community and other key stakeholders. The Communications Manager will be expected to lead, coach, develop and retain a high-performing management team, all the while emphasizing broad based strategic planning, metric based analysis and program budgeting.
