The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification Minimum of 1 year phlebotomy experience Must be able to sit stand and walk for a minimum of 60 minutes Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs Summary and functions Knowledge of all aspects of phlebotomy and proper specimen handling Perform phlebotomy in both inpatient and outpatient settings Experience with children preferred Perform assigned duties within the hospital laboratory including but not limited to specimen receipt and distribution clerical and customer service tasks Schedule Must rotate holidays and weekends Night Shift At RWJBarnabas Health, our market-competitive Total Rewards package provides comprehensive benefits and resources to support our employees physical, emotional, social, and financial health.
