Engineering Technician, Plastics

• Quality and Process Audit of Plastics parts & Plastic Paint parts
• Analyzing Plastics defects and root cause analysis
• MRB / defective material inspection and disposition
• Issue process deviation based on feedback from Engineering and Production
• Closely work with Production / Process engineering and technicians to ensure zero flow out*
• Monitor/track trials and provide detailed feedback on status and results
• Report out finding on daily Engineering Pass-down (well-written reports and verbally) and execute technician tasks independently after initial instruction

• 3 years experience in plastics manufacturing role preferred
• Strong understanding of engineering and reliability fundamentals
• Ability to operate and maintain a wide variety of hand tools
• Experience with common MS office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Remain engaged, proactive and positive in tough circumstances, owning assignments and taking full accountability for their success
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to change direction quickly
• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
