Additional Compensation Details:

We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bend, OR United States. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.

• Responsible for courteously receiving customer requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments and cancellations. Achieves a rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service
• Follow up on inquiries by checking computer on systems for delivery information. Works closely with transportation and salespersons regarding deliveries and scheduled shipments
• Understands all products/produce on hand (in stock) and on order
• Notify and assist salespersons by communication of customers' needs and preferences by providing support and assistance including administrative tasks and special projects
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Responsible for keeping a current call schedule including times, names and phone numbers
• Make sure all orders are submitted before cut off times
• Identify and communicate common customer concerns to the management team
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening abilities and empathy towards customers
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers
• Work shift to include split days off. Must be able to work Monday, Friday and Saturday. Split day is negotiable.
