Quality Assurance Technician

Staffmark is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to support a fast-paced production environment in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring product accuracy, maintaining quality standards, and supporting compliance across all areas of the production process.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Available Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | (Some overtime may be required)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review job specifications and conduct quality checks throughout the production process
• Track and verify inserts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain detailed paperwork and generate quality assurance reports
• Ensure adherence to Direct Mail standards, ISO 9001, HIPAA, and postal regulations
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6-12 months of experience in a quality or production environment (Direct Mail experience required)
• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and consistently meet deadlines
• Flexible to work overtime when needed; leadership skills or experience with Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
