Wenger Corporation is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our team. The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for contributing to Wenger Corporation's Team Member health and well-being programs by establishing and maintaining competitive benefit offerings that promote retention and attract top talent.

At minimum you will need:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field
• Required:Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Required: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Required: High level of interpersonal and discretionary skills to provide excellent customer care and maintain confidentiality
• Required: Demonstrated experience with HRIS
• Required: Ability to work independently, as a team, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Required: Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Required: Commitment to on-going professional development in support of career pathway, continuous process improvement, and department and company objectives.

It would be great if you also have:

• Preferred: PHR / SPHR, SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP certification
