Develops and implements strategies in support of sales force and corporate initiatives appropriate to sales segments and unique go-to-market, sales support, digital content and development needs. Empowers sales team to execute by ensuring internal organizational buy-in, leveraging innovative sales enablement practices, translating the sales strategy to actionable plans and courses of action. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) year professional business experience in project management, sales, learning and development, education, communications including writing and editing, content management, creative development, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, research/analysis, project/program management, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to innovate and produce high quality results on a consistent basis. Preferred Qualifications: Manage creative process/strategy for FedEx Freight Sales Enablement and Education. Develop compelling content - via video, audio, and print - that empowers our sales teams, enhances product understanding, and drives engagement with customers. Strong experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Strong experience with Adobe creative cloud, including Illustrator. This is Memphis-based only. Relocation assistance may be available based on business need. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: E26: $7,539.76/mo - $12,440.61/mo Additional Details: This position is located in Memphis,TN.
