Position Type: Administration/Professional Date Posted: 10/6/2025 Location: District Wide Date Available: ASAP Closing Date: 10/20/2025 Assignment Information: Full-time, 12 months position with variable schedule including evenings and weekends. Office located at Minnetonka High School - Arts Center. Minimum salary $52,000 This benefit-eligible position is covered by an individual letter of assignment. Job Responsibilities: Manages Arts Center box office overseeing all ticketing operations and sales, customer service, training volunteers and students. Performs Arts Center front of house management responsibilities and ensures all guests receive exceptional service from point of sale to performances. Serves as Front of House student crew advisor overseeing recruitment, scheduling and managing students before, during and after performances. Performs administrative support, as assigned for Arts Center team. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Theatre, Communications, Project Management or related field. Demonstrated ability to skillfully manage a theater box office. Demonstrated strong professional experience working with the public. Demonstrated exceptional customer service and problem solving skills. Evidence of the ability to attend planned weekend performances as directed. Evidence of experience using pro ticketing software systems (we currently use Audienceview). Evidence of strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or G Suite. Evidence of strong communication and interpersonal skills. Evidence of pleasant phone manner, helpful demeanor, and a positive, friendly attitude.
