* Perform maintenance task analysis, defining maintenance task steps, equipment, tools, times and personnel requirements.

* Perform Level of Repair Analysis.

* Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance.

* Calculate Maintenance Ratio, Mean Time To Repair and Max Time To Repair.

* Understand and document the effects and engineering change has on Maintainability and Logistics aspects of a program such as time to repair, spares requirements, tools, personnel, etc.

* Recommend changes to designs based on analysis performed to improve the supportability and life cycle cost of the system.

* Develop and writing technical documentation, makes revisions to existing documentation and provides input to technical papers or presentations.
