Electronic Assembler

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (plus Saturdays as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electro-mechanical products using blueprints, bills of materials (BOMs), and calibration specifications
• Rotate between work cells and assist with light material handling
• Maintain consistent attendance, quality, and production pace while adhering to safety guidelines
• Identify and report safety issues; perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly
• Proficient in soldering, blueprint reading, and interpreting calibration/test specifications
• Strong communication skills; able to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience mentoring or supporting fellow assemblers is a plus
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs with assistance
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
