Experience Level: Expert Overview: A long-term opportunity is available for a skilled and customer-focused Field Services Technician to support a secure correctional facility. This role involves hands-on desktop support and hardware troubleshooting in a Windows-based environment, with additional responsibilities related to security systems and network infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Provide desktop support including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a Windows 11 and Office 365 environment. * Assist with maintenance and support of security cameras, servers, and network switches. * Deliver high-quality customer service to staff. * Work in proximity to inmates who may be involved in facility work details. * Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions. * Collaborate with a larger field services team to ensure consistent service delivery. Top Skills Required (Must haves): * 2+ years of experience in desktop and peripheral support. * Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 11, Office 365, and hardware/software issues. * Ability to connect with users, demonstrate a customer-first attitude, and think creatively to solve problems. Qualifications: * Valid driver's license required. * Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions. * Must be comfortable working in a corrections environment. Work Environment: This is an on-site role within a correctional complex. Candidates will be part of a collaborative and supportive team with opportunities for skill development and career growth. State vehicles may be provided for any required local travel. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
