Job Title: Fleet Operations Coordinator Location: Onsite - Alpharetta, GA Placement Type: Contract-to-Hire Duration: 9 Months Work Environment: On-site at client location, reporting to the corporate office in Baltimore, MD. Schedule: Must be available on weekends and some holidays. About the Role: Are you experienced in managing vehicle fleets, rentals, or general operations? We're hiring a Fleet Operations Coordinator to support one of our largest clients in optimizing their fleet operations. This is a hands-on role that blends logistics, client engagement, and operational oversight. You'll be responsible for managing fleet units, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with clients and vendors. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and inspect fleet vehicles pre- and post-service * Coordinate cleaning, detailing, and refueling of vehicles * Schedule and oversee mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors * Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and service history * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors * Collaborate with internal teams to improve fleet programs and drive efficiencies Qualifications: * High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in fleet or rental vehicle management * 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Ability to troubleshoot and manage logistics independently * Comfortable being on your feet and driving for extended periods Preferred Skills: * Fleet management and maintenance * Vehicle rental coordination * Operations and logistics experience * Excel and data entry * Client support and relationship management Why Join Us?
