Senior Vice President, Release Train Engineer/Group Delivery Manager

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Release Train Manager/Group Delivery Manager to join our Structured Debt team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Group Leadership & Execution
* Leads a Platform group comprising multiple cross-functional development pods aligned to a unified delivery vision. * Drives end-to-end execution of Program Increment (PI) planning and delivery, ensuring milestones for our Government Debt Solutions and Document Custody businesses are met * Aligns strategic objectives with tactical delivery, translating business requirements into actionable work streams. - Delivery Management & Integration
* Owns the delivery lifecycle for features supporting structured finance products and the custody of underlying collateral. * Coordinates with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Quality Engineering, Operations Leads, and development teams to execute sprint cadences and releases. * Maintains a clean, prioritized backlog in partnership with Product Management and ensures disciplined release management, version control, and deployment processes. - Agile Execution & Optimization
* Serves as the execution-focused agile coach, embedding best-in-class delivery practices and driving continuous improvement. * Implements delivery metrics (flow metrics, velocity, cycle times) to monitor performance and identify execution gaps. * Conducts end-of-PI Inspect & Adapt workshops to refine processes, DevOps pipelines, and system architecture. - Domain Expertise & Stakeholder Engagement
* Embeds deep knowledge of Mortgage-Backed Securities, Asset-Backed Securities, and associated document custody requirements into delivery plans. * Engages structured debt business stakeholders and control partners (legal, audit, risk) to ensure all regulatory and operational controls are met. * Manages dependencies across data, custody operations, and third-party integrations to deliver robust, compliant solutions. - Risk, Resiliency & Continuous Improvement
* Proactively identifies delivery risks and impediments; drives mitigation plans and escalations as needed. * Champions system resiliency, disaster recovery readiness, and operational health maturity for critical platforms. * Leads initiatives to streamline DevOps automation, release orchestration, and infrastructure reliability.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Expertise / Experience: * 4+ years in delivery management, program management, or group delivery leadership roles. * Domain experience in Mortgage-Backed Securities, Asset-Backed Securities, or document custody of structured finance collateral. * 5+ years working with Agile enablement tooling (JIRA, POM/TPro or equivalent). * Proven track record delivering complex, high-visibility financial services solutions at scale. * Strong understanding of software engineering practices and IT infrastructure. Individual Skills: Exceptional execution-oriented leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. Skilled in coaching teams to high performance and accountability. Proficiency in agile delivery tools and willingness to adopt new POM tooling. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities when navigating delivery impediments. Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Effective risk management and organizational skills to meet aggressive timelines. Mindset & Behavior: Execution-first leadership style with a bias toward action and results. Systems thinking to understand how components interact across the structured debt ecosystem. Ownership mentality-drives outcomes end-to-end and holds the team accountable to commitments.
