Position Summary

The Director, HR - Corporate Functions provides strategic human resources leadership to the company's global Corporate Functions, including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, IT, and Strategy. Partnering closely with global executive leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), this role ensures HR strategies are aligned with both the overall company strategy and the unique needs of these functions. The Director will oversee a high-performing HR team, champion strategic succession planning, drive leadership and career development, embed DE&I priorities, and support transformation efforts across a complex, global, and matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership (Visualize)

  • Serve as the primary HR leader for global Corporate Functions, developing and sustaining trusted relationships with executive leaders worldwide.
  • Anticipate future organizational needs, envision innovative solutions, and align HR priorities with enterprise strategy.
  • Partner with COEs to adapt and implement global leadership, career development, succession planning, DE&I, and talent management initiatives.

Results Leadership (Realize)

  • Translate strategy into measurable outcomes for the Corporate Functions by prioritizing initiatives that deliver high business impact.
  • Lead and manage a team of HRBPs and HR support roles to ensure effective execution of talent strategies and operational excellence.
  • Track progress against talent and transformation goals, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

People Leadership (Mobilize)

  • Champion leadership and career development for key roles within the Corporate Functions, building bench strength for critical positions.
  • Create opportunities for team development, mentorship, and cross-functional growth.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and agility across global teams.

Ecosystem Leadership (Catalyze)

  • Leverage networks and capabilities across the business to accelerate the success of Corporate Function priorities.
  • Partner with peers and global stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment in transformation initiatives.
  • Influence change and foster collaboration across geographies and cultures.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master's degree or advanced HR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including direct support to executive leaders and oversight of HRBP teams.
  • Demonstrated experience strategically supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, mature, global organization, with prior responsibility for corporate functions or a business group of approximately 4,000 employees.
  • Experience supporting multiple corporate functions and managing complex transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in developing talent strategies, including success profiles, succession planning, and leadership development for senior executives.
  • Strong ability to analyze and communicate HR metrics and data insights effectively.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred experience in integrating AI technologies into HR processes.
  • Preferred experience managing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) from a HR perspective.

This position will require flexibility to support global organizational needs, however, core working hours are east coast time zone and preferred candidate is Clearwater-based or east coast-based for ease of travel to HQ (25%). Some international travel is also required (10%).
