*Description*
A Facets Product Analyst analyzes business and user needs, then translates these into Facets system configurations for healthcare payers, focusing on product/benefit setup, enrollment, and claims processes. Key duties include configuring the Facets healthcare administration system, documenting product and benefit structures, testing configurations, creating reports, validating data, and collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure the system meets regulatory compliance and operational requirements. Job Description for Benefit *Analyze, Design, Configure and manage Facets modules for claims, members, provider management and benefit product. *Conduct client sessions to gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure configurations meet operational and regulatory needs. *Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and deliver root cause analysis with hands-on resolution to maintain accuracy and reliability. *Develop and maintain clear documentation of system functionality, configuration standards, and process workflows to support long-term usability. Requirements: *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. *In-depth knowledge of Facets core modules and workflows *Proficient in tools like SQL for data analysis and Facets-specific web services. *Strong understanding of the healthcare payer domain, including claims processing, benefits, membership and provider management. *Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and understand the requirements through excellent listening and effective written and verbal communication *Ability to adapt to varied business challenges and work in a dynamic environment.
