Description and Requirements Improving national security and resiliency is an increasing priority for governments globally. Lenovo is seeking a Senior Manager of Government Relations National Security Analyst help advance national security and resiliency both within Lenovo and across the ecosystem. The Senior Manager will engage with public and private sector stakeholders in the U.S. and internationally as well as collaborate internally with product groups to understand and help drive Lenovo's security investments and prepare business groups for forthcoming security regulation. The Senior Manager should have experience in strategy development, including by recognizing major drivers and trends, forecasting and prioritizing issues, identifying challenges and opportunities, and work closely with Legal, public sector and engineering groups on proposed and emerging policies (e.g., executive authorities, legislation, regulation). This will be based in Washington D.C. and may require travel within the U.S. and internationally. The position will reporting to the Director, Government Relations, North America, and the incumbent will closely interact with business leaders, finance team, Lenovo's North America and global Legal team and will have several direct reports involved in policy review and government outreach. The base salary budgeted range for this position is $180k-200K USD. Individuals may also be considered for bonu
s and/or commission.
