Job Description:

• Inventory Management:Receive, store, and issue components and parts according to established procedures.
• Stock Control:Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Data Entry:Update inventory management systems with accurate information regarding stock movements, receipts, and issues.
• Quality Assurance:Inspect components for damage or defects upon receipt and before issuing to production.
• Order Fulfillment:Pick, pack, and deliver components to production lines or other departments as required.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
• Coordination:Communicate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of components.
• Safety & Compliance:Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Education:High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
• Experience:Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Skills:Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
• Attention to Detail:Ability to maintain accurate records and spot discrepancies.
• Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and move components, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Communication:Good verbal and written communication skills.
