Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a strategic and creative leader to elevate our global employment brand and candidate communications. This role will own the creative direction of our career site, lead CRM strategy and execution, and manage all candidate-facing communications across platforms. You will also mentor and manage the Employment Brand Specialist, ensuring alignment with Lenovo's EVP and global TA goals. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in employer branding, early career engagement, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Lenovo's global employment brand strategy.
  • Manage Employee Career site, wireframe, content, video's, testimonials and search functions
  • Partner with Internal HRIS Team and ATS Vendor to assure career site functions properly and provides an excellent CX and UX
  • Oversee creative direction and content strategy for the Lenovo career site, while considering accessibility and compliance
  • Lead CRM strategy and execution, including segmentation, automation, and analytics.
  • Manage candidate communications across ATS and CRM platforms within Avature (ATS)
  • Mentor and manage the Employment Brand Specialist and future team members.
  • Collaborate with Global TA Leaders (US/Asia/EMEA/LATAM) to optimize branding efforts.
  • Partner with Lenovo Brand, Internal Comms, Culture, and Social Media teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Sprinklr.
  • Manage internal referral and employer sentiment campaigns
  • Stay ahead of trends in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, UX, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or digital communications.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and UX-driven content.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Experience with video production/editing tools (ie: Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut).
  • Understanding of UX principles and visual design.
  • Strong collaboration, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience leading global talent brand initiatives at a major tech company.
  • Built and scaled ambassador programs and early career branding strategies.
  • Deep experience in university relations and candidate engagement.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills across digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools to measure campaign success.
