Senior Manager Treasury, Capital Markets

The Senior Treasury Manager, Capital Markets is responsible for supporting all aspects of the company's capital structure which includes capital strategy, debt issuance, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, debt compliance and reporting as well as other core Treasury functions.

This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for those based in the Denver, CO metro area. Minimal travel is expected likely once per quarter and up to a monthly frequency.

• Assist with planning and coordinating all activities related to debt capital markets transactions including review of complex legal documents, preparation of all offering materials, investor presentations, and financial analyses.
• Develop financing strategies by determining financing needs and analyzing refinancing opportunities.
• Research and support recommendations regarding borrowing options in accordance with the Company's debt management policies.
• Maintain long-term liquidity forecast to determine liquidity needs and assess movement of cash between entities.
• Review compliance calculations for completeness and accuracy and ensure compliance with debt covenants, financial ratios, regulatory requirements, including timely reporting and certification.
• Develop various financial analyses to evaluate complex transactions related to structured finance, derivatives, equity and debt capital markets, leases, bank facilities, and other projects on an ad-hoc basis, as needed.
• Assist in preparation of financial presentations to internal executive/senior management, Board of Directors as well as investment bankers, investors, rating agencies and vendors.
• Assist in developing and maintaining investment bank, investor, and rating agency.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 8-10+ years of previous Treasury / Capital markets experience with preference for prior investment banking experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, managing a team of direct reports, building and developing high performing teams in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in debt capital markets transactions including asset backed securitization.
• Understanding of the interplay between complex debt agreements and working knowledge of indentures and credit agreements.
• Experience interacting with executive management, senior management and other internal stakeholders as well as external bankers, analysts and investors
• Demonstrated ability to leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to deliver compelling, data-driven insights that influence decision-making and effectively communicate complex analyses to stakeholders.
• Results-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing deadlines independently and across teams while maintaining strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred:

• MBA with concentration in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience working in a technology company or large, matrixed organization in a time of transformation.
