As Senior Manager, Unauthorized Deduction Management, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing financial results, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating across functions to deliver measurable business value.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Sr Analysts, Analysts, and Associates. Foster a culture of growth, innovation, and accountability, ensuring consistent achievement of department goals and KPIs.
  • Drive Financial Recovery: Spearhead efforts to collect and recover unauthorized deductions (UADs) and unearned cash discounts (UCDs), directly impacting Nestle's bottom line. Set ambitious financial, volume, and time-based targets-and exceed them.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Strategic Revenue Management (SRM), Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Sales, Supply Chain, and Business Service Center (BSC) teams. Build strong relationships with key customers while resolving disputes and preventing future deduction issues.
  • Champion Data Analytics: Lead the development and sustainability of Power BI dashboards and analytical tools. Transform complex data into actionable insights, enabling proactive problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
  • Innovate and Improve: Identify root causes of deduction activity, propose and implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Participate in industry trade groups to stay ahead of trends and best practices in deduction management.
  • Policy and Compliance: Establish, enforce, and maintain Sales and Order-to-Cash (O2C) policies. Ensure compliance with Nestle Next Commercial Trade guidelines and proactively address areas of non-compliance.
  • Report and Communicate: Deliver regular, impactful reporting on KPIs and activities. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing decision-making at the highest levels.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field (Master's/MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance & Control, Deduction Resolution, Trade Fund Administration, or Financial Risk Management.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), SAP or similar ERP systems, and Power BI or equivalent analytics tools.
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and commercial familiarity with large national customer accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions, solve complex problems, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and policy compliance.
