Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Senior Software Engineers - Technical lead | Design Authority in Jacksonville, FL to develop and maintain quality standards and policies relating to development efforts for the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) team. Work as a Consultant/Design Authority for Migration of BOT processes from T Rowe Price client to FIS. Move BOT from using front-end navigation applications to use of API/Omniscript. Develop and configure RPA BOTs to automate specific business processes. Work as Design Authority, reviewing code delivery of all developers before moving it to testing phase. Knowledge of iAutomate development and Big eye. Ability to transform RPA BOTs from BluePrism to iAutomate technology. Troubleshoot RPA processes to include but not limited to Omniscript, BluePrism - outbound API, CICD pipeline integration with GitLab, PowerShell, SQL/Oracle Database integrations, invoking JavaScript from front end applications.Utilize.NET framework - and VB.Net for custom code integration with BluePrism and Macro development. Work with workflow applications including AWD10 API, creating Contribution Files in mainframe TSO applications etc. Work with Postman, Curl, and Apigee applications with BluePrism integration. Develop BOT flow with ICR models with JavaScript and fintech API Applications. Utilize Scheduling, environment locks, logging, Enterprise libraries, OCR in BluePrism. Work with modern tools including Splunk for logging the BOT activities and logs for future reference and troubleshooting. Create best practice standards for PII management in session logs of BOTs and Splunk logging. Implement technical documentation skills for writing PDDs (Process Design Documents) and SDDs (Solution Design Documents). Update BluePrism platform from different versions. Perform disaster recovery solution with Cloud BOT infrastructure using AWS and Azure. Assist in the hiring of junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enterprise standards including creations and updating of enterprise design standards for RPA. Lead team working with large scale automation development projects using Agile - Scrum and Kanban methodology.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining quality standards and policies relating to development efforts of complex RPA BOT processes and .Net applications in the Fintech industry for specific business processes; working as a Consultant/Design Authority for migration of BOT processes and reviewing codes of developer team; utilizing iAutomate Development and Big eye for transforming RPA BOTs from BluePrism to iAutomate technology; converting BOTs from using front-end navigation applications to API/Omniscript; coding RPA Processes to include Omniscript, BluePrism - outbound API, CICD Pipeline integration with GitLab, PowerShell, SQL/Oracle Database integrations; documenting PDDs (Process Design Documents) and SDDs (Solution Design Documents) deliverables; and leading team to work with large scale automation development projects using Agile - Scrum and Kanban methodologies and tools including JIRA, RALLY, and ServiceNow.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills.
