This role is within our Finance function: Empowering strategic decisions through expertise; fueling sustainable growth by delivering insights, managing risk, and driving value across global operations.

The Senior Accountant role is based in Hazlet, NJ, in a remote setting. Occasional in-office presence is expected approximately once or twice a quarter, in New York City and/or Hazlet/Union Beach, NJ, with flexibility to ensure work-life balance.

Where You'll Make a Difference

* Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records, reporting, and internal controls.

* Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes.

* Prepare and/or review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial account analyses.

* Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making.

* Supervise accounting activities for legal entities in compliance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and company policies.

* Collaborate with Global Business Services (GBS) center managers and cross-functional teams.

* Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

* Coordinate with Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting, and other teams on deliverables and special projects.

* Manage internal and external audit processes for assigned legal entities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred or in progress.

* 4-5 years of progressive accounting experience.

* Strong proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP ) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

* Experience with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and corporate accounting policies.

* Skilled in analyzing financial data and explaining variances including Month-over-Month (MoM), Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ), and Year-over-Year (YoY).

* Proven ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate across teams, including international teams.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
