The Senior Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the Ministry by partnering with key stakeholders to address complex business challenges. Leveraging advanced analytics tools, statistical methods, and deep business acumen, this role transforms data into actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements. The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into scalable data solutions, uncovering trends and opportunities through rigorous analysis, and delivering impactful visualizations and reports. As a champion of data governance, this individual ensures the accuracy, integrity, and ethical use of data, serving as a trusted steward in promoting best practices and maintaining compliance with enterprise data policies.

Qualification(s):

  • Education: Degree(s) in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, technology or related field experience.

  • Experience: Two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience or knowledge in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical field, with a proven ability to deliver insights that influence strategic decision-making.
