Position Title: Production Operator
Wage: $18.50/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7am-3pm Monday-Friday QPS Employment Group is hiring a Production Operator for a company in Darien, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Production Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Under general supervision, handle and maintain flow of materials and products from warehouse to manufacturing areas according to established guidelines - Some general duties include loading material onto machines, finished product packaging, cutting cores - Utilize scanning tools for recording movement of incoming and outgoing materials (RF scanning) - Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment - Housekeeping and other duties assigned - Teamwork and communication are an essential part of the job - Work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place Production Operator Requirements: - Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred - Ability to work overtime as needed - during the week and weekends QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
