Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The hourly-rate range for this position is $23.51 to $31.81 per hour. Responsibilities: This role is responsible for driving re-entry enrollments to the campus by guiding the student through the re-entry application process by building rapport with each student to gain insight into their educational goals. The Re-Entry Advisor will be advising students on academic and personal concerns as well as identifying support channels and outlining all requirements for re-entry. This role requires a high volume of follow-up, which calls for a self-motivated individual with strong time-management skills.
