Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting global sales incentive plans that could range from design, calculating and consulting.
  • Support and execute the corporate commission plan (including individual sales employees target setting, monitoring and support to sales representatives).
  • Ensure accurate attainment process and lead the assignment request process as part of the commission execution to the sales team, providing timely solutions and ongoing support to the sales organization and the corporate levels.
  • Lead proactive and automation improvement processes to support the assignment request flow.
  • Being responsible for the financial 'checks and balances' of the approved target and attainment changes.

Qualifications

  • BA in Economics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
  • High-level of proficiency and experience with Excel skills and MS Office Applications (Familiarity with Anaplan is an advantage).
  • Problem solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner with strong execution drive.
  • Excellent English - mandatory.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Focused on providing high-level support to the sales team
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
