The Opportunity Adobe's Customer Solutions (ACS) organization is looking for a Manager, Advanced Analytics and Reporting to lead a team that builds intelligent tools / reports & dashboards, workflows, and ML/AI pipelines driving actionable insights across our Digital Experience business. You will combine technical leadership with people management, guiding a high-performing team that delivers data products to improve adoption, retention, and value realization for our customers. What You'll Do
- Lead & Develop Teams: Manage and mentor a team of data science engineers and analysts, ensuring a balance of technical depth and business relevance.
- Business Insights & Storytelling: Own reporting and analysis of customer success metrics (renewal, adoption, churn risk). Translate data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for executives and cross-functional leaders.
- Data Architecture & Systems: Ensure large datasets are consolidated, cleansed, and integrated across multiple sources to support reliable, enterprise-wide analytics.
- AI/ML Engineering: Oversee the design and deployment of scalable ML/AI workflows, predictive models, and LLM-powered agents to automate insights and deliver next-gen customer intelligence.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Professional Services, and other DX organizations to align data solutions with business priorities.
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes, governance, and system scalability.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or data engineering roles.
- 3-5 years of proven people management experience, including hiring, mentoring, and developing diverse technical and analytical teams.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for executive audiences (Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Workspace).
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying ML/AI models and building scalable data solutions.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to tell the data story, influence decisions, and partner effectively with senior leaders.
- Knowledge of business processes in SaaS, Customer Success, or customer experience domains.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to inspire change and deliver outcomes in dynamic environments.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,400 -- $250,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
