The Product Manager on T-Mobile's Product Partnerships & Growth Team serves as the business owner and lifecycle lead for Samsung affordable devices, tablets, and wearables within T-Mobile's portfolio. This individual acts as the face of Samsung products across the organization, driving go-to-market execution, sustaining post-launch health, and optimizing product performance through the entire lifecycle. This role blends strategic product management, cross-functional leadership, and commercial acumen, guiding Samsung devices from conception through launch, maturity, and sunset - ensuring every product contributes to T-Mobile's growth and delivers an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: Product Strategy, Go-To-Market & Lifecycle Management - 50%* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Samsung affordable devices, tablets, and wearables, including roadmap planning, launch execution, and ongoing health management. * Serve as the primary liaison between T-Mobile and Samsung for all affordable devices, tablets, and wearables. * Analyze consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and market trends to identify new opportunities and inform lifecycle decisions. * Lead recurring Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Samsung and internal stakeholders to assess performance and strategic alignment. * Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred. * Minimum 4 years of experience in Go-To-Market, Product Lifecycle Management, or Product Operations roles within consumer electronics, telecom, or technology sectors. **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:** * Deep understanding of product lifecycle strategy, from launch planning to end-of-life transitions. **Travel:** * Occasional domestic travel required for product launches, partner meetings, or cross-functional workshops. Base Pay Range: $100,100 - $180,600 Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
