The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary The Division of Ethics in the Department of Medical Humanities and Ethics at Columbia University is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to support innovative and interdisciplinary research on ethical issues related to AI and other emerging biotechnologies (genomics, synthetic biology, robotics, etc). This position will involve close collaboration with Division Chief Sandra Soo-Jin Lee at Columbia University and offers the opportunity to engage in cross-cutting bioethics research at the intersection of science and society. This is a one-year full-time position with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities
