Job Description  
Associate Quality Engineer Occupational Summary: Position is responsible to lead, facilitate and support quality improvements in a machine shop environment using progressive problem-solving techniques and statistical methodology. Be part of and work with the Manufacturing teams to improve quality and develop solid corrective actions. Responsible for area quality metrics, data collection and analysis. Monitor key process parameters. Lead and support quality initiatives. Communicate quality aspects within a team approach to drive improvements. Daily interaction with operators and supervision to identify and improve product and process quality. Perform internal quality audits. Oversight and training of quality related process and systems.
