• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Experience working with adults in a behavioral or mental health program preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to work full time hours, Sunday through Thursday 7am-3pm

We are looking for Psychiatric Technician to join our 7-bed Residential Program (CRR) in Bethlehem, PA.

The Psychiatric Technician will:

• Monitor Patient Health: Observe and record patients' mental and physical health, behavior, and responses to treatment.
• Assist with Daily Living: Help patients with personal hygiene, eating, dressing, and other daily activities.
• Administer Medication: Dispense prescribed medications and monitor for side effects or reactions.
• Support Therapeutic Activities: Lead or assist in recreational and therapeutic group sessions.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond to patients in crisis, including de-escalation and restraint when necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient progress, incidents, and treatment responses.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and counselors to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain Safety and Confidentiality: Ensure a safe environment and uphold patient rights and confidentiality at all times.

Earn $16.25 per hour OR $18.25 per hour with the selection of our Enhanced Pay option!
