Administers all operations and reporting of our Property and Capital Planning departments including strategic project analysis including ROI, BVA, and Proforma analysis. Responsible for the development and implementation of improved processes that are related to cost control, quality, timeliness, and productivity. Works with various areas of the company including Properties, Procurement, Vendor Accounting, Corporate Tax, and ITS, and requires paying close attention to detail and making decisions under broad direction.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Facilitate the annual capital budget process including ROI analysis, communication, data collection, and reporting to management.
  • Create and evaluate strategic modes of proposed business solutions (ROI's, BVA's, Proforma's).
  • Represent the department in various cross functional planning, training, and financial meetings.
  • Create and evaluate performance scorecards of different business activities.
  • Work with and assist various areas of the company in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting operating results.
  • Continuously recommend and implement process improvements as well as documents processes where needed.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting internal system issues and finding resolutions while working with other areas including Procurement, Vendor Accounting, Corporate Tax, and ITS.
  • Develop and maintain financial scorecards, statistics, and analysis that evaluate various strategic business models.
  • Act as a backup to the general ledger as well as support the period-end closing and financial statement preparation as assigned.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor of Accounting or Finance.
  • 3-5+ years of managing/maintaining financial reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand and write basic logic.
  • Must be able to work independently and make business decisions.
  • Project management skills a plus.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
