Job Description: The NPI Yield Engineering group plays a critical role in driving yield enhancement for new and innovative FPGA products. As a Yield Enhancement Engineer II, you will be responsible for analyzing and identifying the root causes of yield-limiting failures using advanced analytical methods and tools. You will leverage your knowledge of digital and analog circuits, device physics, process technology, wafer sort testing, and software to deliver solutions that improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency. You will have the opportunity to debug and resolve complex failures, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams in process technology, design, product development, and test. Your findings from failure analysis will directly inform corrective actions at our wafer foundries, leading to improved wafer yields. Additionally, you will help ensure that wafer sort testing operations run smoothly and achieve strong yield performance, supporting the successful launch of new products. Responsibilities:
