Scope of Work:
Under minimal direction/supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, performs a wide range of direct and indirect patient care activities. The patient care coordinator serves as the liaison between the Breast Program, Mammography Centers, Primary Care Physicians, Third-party Payers and the Patient. Follows Corewell Health East philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times.
