 This Opportunity:
 
 Palladium is currently seeking a fluent French speaker to
 fill the role of Senior Associate, Project Delivery (Francophone) to
 support implementation of the Translating Data for Implementation (Data.FI)
 award. Data.FI is a global project
 funded by the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the
 State Department.
 
 Data.FI partners with PEPFAR programs to accelerate and sustain
 access to high-quality data to expedite HIV epidemic control and maintenance.
 Data.FI supports host country governments to enhance existing health
 information systems (HIS) and conduct in-depth analysis of epidemiologic and
 program data to inform management responses to gaps in programming and sustain
 impact by supporting local partner transition.
 
 This is a project role with duration until March 31, 2026, with
 possibility of extension.
 
 Location and Compensation:
 
 The position is based in Palladium's Arlington, VA office within
 our Americas region.
 
 Palladium supports a hybrid working model with 3 days in office, 2
 days from home.
 
 For our prospective employees in the United States, please note
 that the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected
 to range from $66,000 to $72,500 and successful candidates may also be eligible
 for additional, variable incentive compensation dependent on the role. For
 part-time employees, the salary will be prorated based on the actual number of
 hours worked.

 various factors, including but not limited to your qualifications, education,
 experience, skills, seniority, performance, and Palladium's business or

 Reporting Lines:
 
    The Senior Associate will report directly to the Manager, Project Delivery
 PrimaryRoles and Responsibilities:
 
    Support project start-up and close-out, including office setup and lease finalizationAct as liaison between corporate services, senior managers, project teams, and compliance hubsMaintain project management documentation and track progress against work plansLead internal and external reporting, including risk assessments and client deliverablesMonitor and escalate project risks and issues to leadership as needed. Develop and implement compliant subcontractor and grants management procedures
Manage PMU administration: agendas, notes, calendars, and task trackingAnticipate project needs and recommend process improvementsTrain and mentor new and junior PMU staffEnsure compliance with company and client policies across all operational areas
Lead procurement and contract management, ensuring quality and complianceAssistwith internal financial reporting and tasks including budgeting,
 forecasting, accruals, reviewing partner and vendor invoices, and any
 other ad hoc financial reporting assignments
Coordinate HR functions with field staff including recruitment, onboarding, and staff mobilizationMaintain project data systems for staff and consultantsContributeto company growth by supporting well-managed projects, ensuring Palladium
 is seen positively by clients for consideration in future business
 development

    Bachelor's degree and / or 4 years of relevant work experienceFluencyin French
