Optum is seeking a PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident or a fellow completing their fellowship to join our Primary Care Pathway Program. This temporary per diem role is intended for 3rd-year physician residents who are interested in securing a full-time position with our primary care group in the Inland Empire area in California, following the completion of their residency. Optum will educate and prepare the physician for next-generation population health models in a top-notch patient and provider setting. The customized program will be completed virtually, with deep exposure to primary care within a team-based practice environment, requiring a commitment of only a few hours per month.
