Responsibilities & Expectations


The Corporate Security Manager plays a strategic leadership role in protecting the organization's people, assets, and reputation. This position is central to enabling business continuity, fostering a culture of safety, and ensuring operational resilience across all corporate environments. The manager is expected to lead with foresight, proactively mitigate risks, and align security operations with broader organizational goals.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Lead and manage a team of security personnel across various corporate locations.
  • Oversee daily security operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding security matters.
  • Monitor and manage security systems including alarms, surveillance cameras, and access control technologies.
  • Coordinate access control for employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Support special assignments and travel-related security planning as needed.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with corporate leadership, facilities teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
  • Be available to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Collaborate with internal intelligence, investigations teams, GSOC, private security partners, and law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats.
  • Identify and report suspicious activity and potential vulnerabilities.
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and company leadership.
  • Manage scheduling and personnel assignments to meet operational needs and team preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, training, and policy requirements for all team members.

Minimum Requirements



  • Willingness to participate in random drug screenings.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management or corporate security leadership.
  • Must pass a physical readiness test and maintain fitness standards.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Valid and current driver's license.
  • Valid U.S. passport.
  • Valid Georgia Firearms Card (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive demeanor (experience in customer service or hospitality preferred).


Desired Qualifications



  • Prior experience in emergency response teams (ERT), military, law enforcement, or executive protection.
  • Training in incident response, emergency medicine, or related disciplines.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as LEOSA, Concealed Carry Weapons permit, Exposed Firearms Permit, and/or CPR certification.
