Your Role on the Team The Executive Director, Advanced Practice Providers provides system-level administration, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the operational, financial, and human resource functions and activities for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) across the enterprise. This role functions with a high degree of autonomy. This role is responsible for the vision, short- and long-term strategy, direction, and performance of various domains, including administration and leadership, workforce planning and management, scope of practice, regulatory oversight, clinical practice, professional performance, and development/training programs. Additionally, the Executive Director oversees and directs through subordinate managers, the administration, programs, and strategic initiatives of the organization relating to Advanced Practice, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and strategic goals.
