 In the role of Project Controls Analyst, we'll count on you to: 
   
      Use processes and tools established on projectsDevelop and assist in preparation of schedulesPrepare various reportsCo-ordinate information flow between project participants, including subconsultants, and if appropriate between project team and the clientDemonstrate understanding of project controls toolsAssist in schedule baseline and schedule update reviewsAssist in costs estimate development and reviewMonitor, update and review financial dataCoordinate and maintain project documentationPerform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications 
   
      Bachelor's Degree in Construction, engineering or related fieldCertifications (one or more): AEP, CST, CCT, CACM, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, EITAbility to interpret construction schedulesLocal candidates preferred 
   Required Qualifications 
  
      Associate's degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of 2 years' experience in multidisciplinary engineering design and construction Strong decision-making skills Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks simultaneously Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustSponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
