OverviewAre you looking for a dynamic role in a fun, fast-paced and highly energetic team? Do you thrive on complex stakeholder engagement and have an eye for details? A fantastic opportunity awaits a highly organized, driven, and collaborative professional. The Executive Office to the COO for the commercial business seeks an experienced Executive Admin to support the Chief of Staff and the broader organization on cross org events and programs. The COO organization enables Microsoft's commercial business to better serve every person and organization's transformation and economic success. How? We design, build, and manage the levers that accelerate commercial growth and shorten the cycle between customer signal and delivery. The Executive Office team supporting the COO plays a pivotal role in this journey and is responsible for maximizing the scale, impact, and voice of the COO and the broader organization. Has the ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity, and expects to deliver while acting as a representative of the executive they support. Excellent communications skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and handle multiple time-critical tasks simultaneously are a must.
