OverviewWe are seeking a Audience & Clean Room Engineer to join our Advertising Technology (AdTech) team. This role will serve as a critical technical partner to our Media, Analytics, and Marketing teams, developing and managing clean room environments such as Azure Confidential Computing Room (ACCR) and Habu that enable privacy-safe collaboration, activation, and measurement. The Audience & Clean Room Engineer will play a key role in delivering and maintaining clean room capabilities to empower Media and Analytics partners to measure and activate campaigns with full compliance and trust. This position requires deep technical understanding in data privacy, identity resolution, and advertising technology (AdTech) data infrastructure, along with the ability to translate marketing and measurement needs into secure, automated, and scalable clean room solutions across multiple platforms. ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and manage clean room environments (e.g., ACCR, Habu, Google Ads Data Hub) to support audience activation and campaign measurement in a privacy-safe manner.Develop automated workflows and data pipelines for onboarding, matching, and activating first-party data across clean room platforms.Ensure compliance with privacy and data-sharing policies, including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and publisher-specific governance standards.Collaborate with Media, Analytics, and Engineering teams to integrate clean rooms into measurement and activation workflows.Implement observability, access control, and logging frameworks to monitor clean room performance, data quality, and compliance status.Evaluate and onboard new clean room technologies or enhancements to improve scale, interoperability, and operational efficiency.Serve as the technical subject matter expert on clean room infrastructure, identity resolution, and privacy-safe data collaboration practices.Continuously optimize clean room processes to reduce latency, improve match rates, and streamline campaign setup and measurement.Embody our Culture and Values
